You might see one or more notifications when you log in to the application. A notification is an important message for all application users or specific groups of user. Administrators configure notifications to appear once or upon each login until they expire.
Use the following procedure to close notifications.
●Click Close after reading the notification.
Note: For multiple notifications, the Close button appears after you read all notifications. Click Next or Previous to navigate through multiple notifications.
The Notifications bell icon appears on the Portal Home page when you log in. Clicking the icon opens the My notifications page and the list of notifications. Any notifications deleted by the administrator no longer appear on the My notifications page.
You can perform the following tasks on the My notifications page:
●A status icon appears next to each notification. Hover over the icon to view information about the status.
●Click a notification to view the notification’s Properties page. Properties include the complete text of the message.
