You can download a spreadsheet (.csv file) with information about the entity items in the List pane. The report includes the columns that appear in the List pane.
Use the following procedure to download a report of the entity items in the List pane.
1.Open a results set of entity items. For information about how to open entity items on the Documents page, see Search for entity items.
2.Depending on which entity items you want to include in the report, select from the following:
oTo include information about all entity items in the report:
i.On the List menu, click Download.
ii.Select the All items in the results set option.
oTo include information about only a selection of entity items in the report:
i.Select the check box next to the entity items that you want to include.
ii.On the List menu, click Download.
iii.Select the Only selected items option.
3.Open or save the report.
