On the File Repositories page, you can select external file repositories that are configured for your case. Use the external file repositories as the source and destination for the actions described in the following table.

When you select an external repository as the destination, a message reminds you that the destination is an external repository. For these actions, you can select any file repository, except for the archive repositories, as the destination. |

Use the following procedure to view external file repositories.
1.On the Case Home page, under Manage Documents, click File Repositories.
2.In the repository list, select a configured external file repository.
Note: There is no folder list for external file repositories.
A message at the top of the page alerts you that managing files on this page does not affect records in the application database. The following information appears on the page:

Name |
Name of the folder or file. Folder names are links that you can click to drill in to the folder. |
Type |
Displays Folder for folders, and the file type for files. |
Size |
Click the calculator button to display counts for the number of files and folders, and the total size of all files and subfolders in the folder. |
Modified |
Date of the most recent folder or file modification. |
