Use the following procedures to permanently delete workflows, phases, or teams in a case.
Administrators can delete workflows. For example, you can delete a workflow after a case has concluded or when the workflow is no longer needed. Deleting a workflow permanently deletes the workflow and all phases and assignments that are associated with the workflow.
Tip: You can remove documents from the phases of a workflow instead of deleting a workflow and its assignments. For information about how to remove documents, see Remove documents from a phase.
Use the following procedure to delete a workflow.
1.On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Workflows.
2.Click the Delete workflow button in the row for the workflow that you want to delete.
Caution: Deleting a workflow cannot be undone.
3.Click OK.
Administrators can delete phases. Deleting a phase permanently deletes the phase and all child phases associated with the phase. It also deletes any assignments that are associated with the phase and child phases.
Tip: You can remove documents from a phase instead of deleting a phase and its assignments. For information about how to remove documents, see Remove documents from a phase.
Use the following procedure to delete a phase.
1.On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Workflows.
2.Click the workflow that contains the phase to delete.
3.Click the Delete phase button in the row for the phase that you want to delete.
Caution: Deleting a phase cannot be undone.
4.Click OK.
Administrators and group leaders with permissions can delete teams. For information about how to grant permissions, see Grant administrative access.
When you delete a team, the team is permanently removed from any existing phase allocations. Any individual assignment allocations, including coding history and values, are preserved.
Use the following procedure to delete a team.
1.On the Case Home page, under Review Setup, click Teams.
2.Click the Delete team button in the row for the team that you want to delete.
Caution: Deleting a team cannot be undone.
3.Click OK.
