Transcripts are often updated by multiple reviewers at the same time. Because of this, you should occasionally refresh the transcripts list to see the number of new annotations that other reviewers have added.
You should also refresh the transcripts list any other time that you want to access the most recent transcript information, such as when your administrator adds new transcripts to the case.
Use the following procedure to refresh the Transcripts page.
1.On the Case Home page, on the Case Home menu, select Transcripts.
2.In the transcripts list, click the Refresh button.
The transcripts list updates to display the current number of annotations and links in each transcript.
3.Optionally, to reload the transcript summary pane, click a transcript name.
Note: If you click the name of a transcript that is open in the transcript viewer, the transcript reloads on the first page. To see new annotations on a transcript page without losing your place, in the transcript viewer, use the page navigation controls to open a specific page. Or, click a page and line number in the transcript summary pane.
