Annotations include the highlights, redactions, and notes that are added to documents.
You can work with annotations in the following ways:
●Add highlights or redactions to mark specific content in a document. For more information, see Highlight and redact documents.
●Convert highlights into redactions, convert redactions into highlights, and change an annotation color or redaction type. For more information, see Convert highlights and redactions.
●View or hide annotations, and make redactions transparent. For more information, see View or hide annotations.
●Communicate with other reviewers by adding and replying to notes in a document. For more information, see Add notes to a document.
Tip: If you want to annotate documents that were loaded into Ringtail as native files, you can create image files of the documents. For more information about how to convert documents into images, see Create image files of documents with Imaging.
