The Identity Provider Settings page is a display-only list of the identity providers configured for the portal. Identity providers provide user authentication for users who are not in Active Directory. The user account and single sign-on login is managed through the identity provider.
Use the following procedure to view information about identity providers.
1.On the Portal Home page, under Portal Management, click User Administration.
2.In the navigation pane, click Identity Provider Settings.
The page lists each Configuration name, identity Provider name, and the Two-factor provider name, if two-factor authentication is configured.
Note: Contact Ringtail Technical Support if you need to set up identity providers or two-factor authentication. You are unable to configure this on your own.
