Administrators and group leaders with permissions can manage the phases, assignments, and teams in a case to reflect changes in the case.
You can perform the following tasks to manage phases, assignments, and teams:
●Lock or unlock a phase, adjust phase priorities, and so on. For more information, see Manage phases.
●Change the users who assignments are assigned to, adjust the priority of documents in assignments, configure the maximum number of assignments per reviewer, and so on. For more information, see Manage assignments.
●View the workflows and phases that are assigned to a team, manage team members, and so on. For more information, see Manage teams.
