Documents can be similar to each other in a variety of ways. For example, documents can belong to the same email conversation, share similar concepts, or be coded with the same values.
You can work with similar documents in the following ways:
●View a list of documents that are related to the active document based on source and attachment relationships, threaded relationships, or similarity of concepts. You can also apply quick codes to related documents. For more information, see View related documents in the Related pane.
●Search for documents that contain similar concepts to text that you select in the active document. For more information, see Find documents with similar concepts.
●Locate documents that have the same value for a coding field. For more information, see Locate documents with the same coding.
Tip: The Map pane provides a visual representation of documents based on the similarity of concepts. For more information about the Map pane, see Review documents in the Map pane.
