Administrators can set security for productions.
Note: If security is not set at the document level, production security settings also control the security of rendition documents.
For information about how to set security for multiple productions at the same time, see Work with security for objects.
Use the following procedure to set security for a production.
1.On the Case Home page, under Manage Documents, click Productions.
2.In the Productions list, click the name of a production.
3.In the navigation pane, click Security.
4.Depending on which groups you want to set security for, do the following:
oTo change the security for a user group, hover over the row for the group, and then select an option.
oTo change the security for all user groups, select an option in the heading row, and then click OK.
The following security settings are available.

Deny |
Denies the group access to the production. Users in the group do not see the production or data related to the production in search or code view. |
Allow |
Allows the group access to the production. Users in the group can view the production and data related to the production in search or code view. Note: The users must have access to fields. |
Write |
Allows the group to add documents to an unlocked production and delete documents from an unlocked production. |
