The production History page contains a list of all processing "jobs" for the production,along with job information that can be used for troubleshooting. A best practice is to check the History page after you complete any type of production job.
Use the following procedure to view production job history.
1.On the Case Home page, under Manage Documents, click Productions.
2.In the Productions list, click the name of a production.
3.Click History.
4.To view details of a production job, click in the Status column.
oThe following table describes the information in the Job Details pane for jobs with a Completed status.

Production Name |
The name of the production. |
Production Status |
The state of the production job. For example, Locked or Unlocked. |
Number of Documents |
The number of documents in the production. |
Comment |
Appears if a comment was added to the production. |
Auto Print |
Contains the value True if Auto Print was selected when the production was locked. |
oThe following table describes the information in the Current Document Details pane for jobs with a Completed status, sorted by job type (Print, Lock, and Unlock).

Image Files, Native Files, Text Files, or Placeholders |
The total count of files printed to production renditions is split into these groups. Note: If a single file represents both the native and the text versions of a document,it is counted in both the Native Files and the Text Files groups. Placeholders inserted for a native-only production population are counted in the Placeholder group, not the Image Files group. |
