The Production Pages page displays all documents in an unlocked production. After the production is locked, the page displays only documents produced with an image. For locked or printed productions, you can view the production footers for only image files. You can also exclude pages from an unlocked production, if the correct production rule is applied.
You can view production pages in unlocked and locked productions. You can also view the production footers for image files for locked or printed productions.
Use the following procedure to access the Production Pages page and view production pages.
1.On the Case Home page, select Manage Documents. In the Manage Documents list, select Production Pages.
The Production Pages page appears, as shown in the following figure. The productions you have access to appear in the left pane. When you select a production, the pages in the production appear in the list in the center pane, and the first page in the production appears in the document viewer in the right pane.
2.To view a different production, click the link in the production list in the left pane.
3.To view a different page, in the list in the center pane, in the Page column, click the link for a page.
The page appears in the document viewer in Pages view. If the page does not appear, select Pages from the list at the top of the document viewer.
You can exclude pages from an unlocked production if the Allow page deletions option is selected on the Production Rules page for the production. For information about Production Rules, see Create a production.
Use the following procedure to exclude pages from an unlocked production.
1.In the productions list in the left pane, in the Name column, click the link for an unlocked production.
The pages appear in the list in the center pane.
2.In the list, in the Exclude from Production column, select the check boxes for the pages you want to exclude, as shown in the following figure.
