This procedure applies to both Production templates and General templates.
Use the following procedure to delete a case-specific load file template.
Caution: If a template is deleted, the template is unavailable for production export jobs that are scheduled for processing. Errors will occur for those jobs. Make sure that the production export jobs queue is empty before you delete any load file templates.
1.On the Case Home page, under Manage Documents, click Load File Templates.
2.Click the name of the load file template to delete.
3.In the Actions pane, click Delete Template. Then click Delete in the confirmation message.
