Mobile binders are binders that users can download to their Apple iPad. Users access the mobile binders with the Ringtail Mobile Binders app. After downloading the mobile binder, users can review key documents offline without access to the live Ringtail database.
This topic describes how to enable the Ringtail Mobile Binders feature for a case, and how to set up a mobile binder for a user.
For information about using the Ringtail Mobile Binders app on the iPad, see the Ringtail Mobile Binders Quick Reference. For more information about working with binders, see Work with binders.
